In agreement with the General Commander of the Non-Uniform Protectorate Police, I order: I. General distribution of tasks: In the future, the regular police duties of the former municipal police will be performed by the gendarmerie in municipalities of less than 5oo inhabitants, in municipalities more than 5000 inhabitants by the uniformed municipal police and in municipalities with government police by the unified government police; the criminal police duties in municipalities less than 5.00 inhabitants by Gendarmrie, in communities of 5000-10000 inhabitants by Unifor- mated municipal police, in communes more than 1000o inhabitants by Non-uniform municipal police (municipal police) and in communities with government Police by Nonuniform government police (protektorate criminal police). II. Specific allocation of tasks: 1. The municipal enforcement police of the municipalities with more than 1000o inhabitants (§ 3 of the reference Vdg.) is divided into a) Uniform municipal enforcement Police, which is called upon to carry out the regulatory duties of the communes on the basis of general provisions, b) Non-uniform municipal implementation police (municipal criminal police), which perform the criminal police duties which are incumbent on the municipalities on the grounds of general regulations. 2.
