Letter of 5.6.l939, Z1. 1655/pres. 39 Appendices : Without the Aktuar-Eleven Zděnek Swoboda and the police-conceived JUDr František Suchyna were arrested on the 1st resp. May 39 because of suspicions of the part-nabme at the spread of the flight note "The Lo Commandments of the Czechs" and sent to the police prison. However, due to the investigations and interrogations conducted, no evidence could be found that the two were involved in the distribution of the flight note. Dr Suchyna was released from custody on 17.5.d.J. and Swoboda on 27.5d.I.e. due to a lack of evidence. The police conceptors JUDr Rudolf Vlach, JUDr Leo Bezděk JUDr Anton Razima and Ota Dutkevič were arrested on 27.3.39. for suspicion of the part-nabmes at the destruction of documents of the Czech state police and sent to the police detention centre. They were also suspected of being prominent in the fight against Germanism. However, it was established by the investigation that the above mentioned persons were not involved in the burning of the files, nor were they aware of it. Nor could any evidence be found that they were guilty of acts of police interference in the treatment of the Germans. They were released from custody after the investigation had been completed. The five officers of the police department were also temporarily detained for suspicion of the spread of the flight note "The Lo Commandments of the Czechs, but the investigation procedure revealed the non-evidence of the impediments imposed on them. eg: Reg.
