The grounds of the arrest are unknown. o Police officer August M o s l e ri was detained at the Troppau Regional Court from 14.10.1939 to 24.10.1939. He was accused of having shot M. Schmid from Brumowitz as a member of the state defence guard. However, Man-t gel's evidence was released. The lieutenant-general of the Executive Service Josef B r h a and Lieutenant-General Franz N o h a v i c a have been in custody since 5 and 6 January for suspicions of preparation for high treason, as reported to the police department by the German secret state police in Brno.
