From July 5, 1994l, Z.25.650/41: According to the relevant questions, the interviewee states the following: "On September 2, 1940, the municipal police officer Bernhard Hofmann took over the promotion to the I. Employee's grade. At the request of the Employees' Committee, the City Council rejected its application by order of 7 October 1940, referring to Regulation (EC) No 379/38, by noting that, although the prohibition on the movement of employees expired at the end of 1940, the municipal administration should insist that the applicant submits himself to the instructions of the municipal police station and submits the required examination. The municipal police department then indicated to the city council with an official note of 2 December l940 that šičh Bernhard Hofmann reported on the examination required for the appointment to the police station and asked for the date of the examination to be fixed. In the course of the investigation, the applicant took the necessary measures to ensure that the applicant did not fail to fulfil the conditions laid down in Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71.
