52a has been sent to the Minister of the Interior the decree annexed to the copy and approved by the Secretary of State. The dismantling of the legionaries covered here has so far been carried out, with the exception of some members of the German State and those married to German women. The investigations into the continued admission of these legionaries revealed that of 11 applications 7 had to be rejected, since neither the wives professed to be German nor the children attended German schools. After 1 January 1942, some officers and crews were retired for reaching the age limit (not legionaires). The recruitment of 15 German nationals to the Officers' Corps of the Reg. Police and the planned appointment of German nationals (former officers) to the Gendarmerie will result in the enforcement of both corps and can be better monitored. The dismantling measures brought with them many changes in the occupation of posts. At the end of these changes, a special staff certificate is to be drawn up for each individual officer by the Protectorate's Administration, which is to provide information on the officers in terms of personnel and service (application and so on). It can be expected that this work will be completed by 31 March 1942. 2 1X. 1941 B.d.p.6334 4 G. 2. 6 dues 440iang Gahe gur hemto idera.ded 4/) - 4400dbn0 1 . 1665 J0 t Lre. ane .v. ogus pe dem bradengeichnes. 41 9.47 from $\V{$
