At later meetings, the WB explained that he had to rely on older years, i.e. l897 - l908, for which, on the other hand, theWB was prepared to refrain from convening in cases where a younger police officer was absolutely needed in any place. By decree of 31 March 19942, the Bd0 had ordered the individual police regiments (commanders of the gendarmerie) to select, in agreement with the OLR, already those police officers who are absolutely indispensable.
