1.) Within the authority of the Reich Protector, the task of the Order Police Commander is to be informed of all measures taken by the Protectorate Government in the field of the order police, to give advice and, if necessary, to object to measures. 2.) For the supervision of the police administration of the P:otektorat the commander of the order police of the Oberlandrats uses. These must also be addressed to all orders in the area of the Police Administration. The Oberland Councils report in such matters to the Reich-protector - commander of order police - . 3.) The affairs of the officers of the uniformed individual service appointed in the Protectorate are handled by the Reichsprotektor - Bofehlshaber der Ordnungspolizei. 4.) For the substantive processing in the area of the police administration, the commander of the order police is at the disposal of this directly subordinated office "Administration and Law". V. In addition to the above basic rules, it is not possible to establish in writing a precise delimitation of jurisdiction and tasks. It is therefore essential that the Oberlandrats and the commanders and leaders of the police units work closely together in full understanding of the specific tasks they are assigned and in mutual trust.
