The uniformed individual service consists of gendarmerieähnlächen commandos at the Oberlandraten, guard commandos on the troop training stations and other individual commandos, which are permanently or temporarily deployed on a special occasion. The allocation of these individual officials does not exclude the activities of the uniformed forces of the autonomous protectorate administration, but overlays them. The tasks of the individual officials are not defined in detail and are determined by the departments to which they are assigned, i.e. generally by the Oberlandrats. They consist in particular in the execution of important individual orders. III.Leadership and operation of the police forces. 1.) The leadership of the Police Force is exclusive to the commander of the order police. The Oberlandrats are neither superiors nor superiors of this force, the Oberlandrets are presided over by the uniformed individual service officers assigned to them. The gendarmerie=officers in the battalions are superiors of all uniform individual officers in the Battalion district. They exercise - as battalion = commanders ordered services - military service supervision as the gendarme = captain in the empire. 2.) The commander of the police order orders the deployment of the Police Force. The Oberlandrats are in their district the only political representatives of the Reich. They bear the responsibility for maintaining the rest and security in their area.
