In his letter of 14 January 1941, Rpr.44/41, his Excellency the Lord Reichsprotektor informed the President of the State that the dismantling of public servants of the protectorate administration, which he ordered, is a general measure, he by no means only meets the legionaries and will not also meet all legionnaires. At the same time, Mr Reichsprotektor has announced to the President of the Republic the guidelines which should be decisive for the optional retirement of public servants over 45 years old. The President of the Republic intends to inform the governors of the government in the following way: Under the provision of point 1 of the decree of the Lord Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia of 9 January 1941, I 1c - 5635, all the officials, especially legionaries, who have shown an attitude in the past almost two years, prove that they cannot cope with the reorganization of political and state relations. The Lord Reichsprotektor decides on who is to leave here and who is left in the service. He has presented the Lord Reich Protector, who has granted his permission.
