His Excellency the Lord Reichsprotector in his letter of 14 January 1941, Rprs. 44/41, informed the President that the dismantling of public servants of the Protectorate administration, which he ordered, is a general measure which by no means only affects the legionaries and will not affect all legionnaires. At the same time, Mr Reichspro=tektor has announced to the President of the Republic the guidelines which should be decisive for the optional retirement of public servants over 45 years of age.
