6t- 11 89 3. It is known that neither Dr. Gasperik nor Mr. Sebera allow Ing.Droppa to maintain friendly, if only official relations with other boards of directors and employees, and that they are ruthlessly plotting against all. 4. It is well known that even on the ships, under the management of the employees, there is the greatest dissatisfaction against these gentlemen, who, although they had promised them a great deal, did not keep their promise and who are only protected by the fact that Ing.Droppa and Dr. Gasperik slovak. Protestants are and Sebera pretends to be a slo-waken, although he is Czech. 5. It is well known that the above-mentioned top gentlemen have only come to their posts in the way of protection by the former Prime Minister Dr. Hodza and certain political circles, as well as by dishonestly polluting the deserving persons of the former leadership and by supporting the unfortunate police regime. 6 As far as Mr Sebera's persons are concerned, it is well known that a) he is accused of being guilty of serious accusations of being involved in the Society's agent in Novi Sad, where there have been major misconduct, of being held guilty in our Parliament, but without any action. (d) he had denied the company's audit body access to the cash registers until the cashier, who had been in contact with him in the meantime, had brought everything "in direction". (e) All this is very well known to the Ing.Droppa and despite the fact that with Sebera there is an intimate and therefore suspicious relationship. Is it at all possible that such a gentleman, who is accused of participating in the embezzlements, has the right to be the highest commander in the whole company and to represent the company at the various conferences? 7. It is also known that Sebera is a destructive element as the executive board of the Directorate's Organizational Department. During his previous work, he was not able to prove himself positive, on the contrary, due to his own interference in the competence of the other board members, which are considerably higher, supported by Ing.Droppa, the company has already suffered great damage. As can be seen from the above, the current management has always sought to reduce the German-Völkish employees in the most brutal way and is concerned that the existing system will continue to be managed.
