STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1993, sig. 109-6/85

18 It was Dr Gasperik who gave the reason for the above-mentioned inadmissible school leave of the management of Dunajplavba, with which the employees of German and Hungarian nationality were to be forced to send their children to the Czech or Slovak schools and thus to promote their denationalisation. o d under a Cuasi police supervision, by identifying persons at all land and ship posts, who should regularly report on all employees, even on their superiors. In this way the denunciantism is supported by the supreme lords, of course also by the Lord Ing.Droppa, which must not only lead to complete distrust of the appointed, as well as in the relationship of the superior to the subordinate, but also to the undermining of the full authority, which also made itself clearly noticeable. No ruler dares not intervene today, because he does not know whether he himself is not secretly accused and, finally, is still punished. It is well known that individuals are still strikingly rewarded for these services, which causes bad blood to other faithful servants. In the whole public it is complained that the morals and discipline under the regime of the gentlemen Droppa, Sebera and Dr.Gasparik and Captain Zavarsky have fallen very much and that Dunajplavba had lost a lot of her good reputation. V. Final remarks. We could make complaints from commercial, organisational and economic points of view, and we could also give further evidence that the current leaders of the company: Ing.Dr o p p a , S e - bera, Dr. G aspe rik and Za varsk y harm the state, the Slovaks and the company more than benefit. Unfortunately, we cannot discuss this thoroughly on this occasion, but we must stress the following: 1. It is clear that the Ing.Droppa in the function of Director-General is a completely incompetent person and it is to take time if he is granted by a very close circle of him UT ter co-workers (Sebera, Zavarsky and Dr.Gasperik), who have neither the moral nor the professional qualification. 2. It is known that Ing.Droppa does nothing without the advice and agreement of Mr. Sebera and does everything - even if it is immoral - that diéser Herr wishes. This bond between the two gentlemen is also very striking in the customer circles of the company and in the other shipping companies, as well as in the employees, especially considering the past of Mr Sebera. It is said publicly that Ing.Droppa is somehow entirely committed to Mr. Sebera and therefore has to do everything that this almighty Lord desires.
