F d) the Commission has declared every German and Hungary a state enemy without any justification and the same fate has affected all pensioners of the had army or war navy, although it has been proved that most of these "state enemies" were warmly recommended in 1920 by the Ministry of National Defense of the Dunajplava for the purpose of service as "very reliable". Is it worthy of a state authority if it is only because of this that certain active persons are warmly reprimanded for another state enterprise, on the one hand, in order to get rid of them and on the other hand suddenly to call them "unreliable" and to persevere? (e) the Commission has, knowingly, taken no account of the information and evidence that was in favour of the accused, all the more so considering that these people have set up, organized and managed the company successfully for a long time. It may have happened that these people could also make certain mistakes all the time as people, but it is undisputed that they have earned more for the company and that these possible mistakes cannot be brought into any relationship with their earners. From the same interpellation it can be seen further that the instigators had to struggle with those state officials who did not want to comply with their influence and who fought openly against the lies, which had to protect their honor with full success with the Klagën and in the disciplinary process. The fact that even in the customer circles close to the Dunajplavba the result of the investigation caused a surprise, articles in various newspapers, especially those in the "Hospodarsky rozhled" of April 10, 1936, which technical newspaper under the title "An unreliable decision on the Danube" writes, among other things, as follows: /.
