G§ - 5 - visit of the German university in Prague by the young students. Here the conviction was gained that efforts in this direction, with the necessary emphasis carried out, to overcome success with skill and wisdom. As such, two are considered in particular for the narrower area of theology: the internal organization of the church, which places the formation of the clergy exclusively in the hands of the diocesan bishop concerned, as well as the additional financial burden which arises from the visit of a foreign university to study theology.Later maladministration can be resolved if the funds of state support are made available to the folk-German theologians of the south-east region to the same extent as to the secular student community. On the other hand, it will not be possible to deny the popular German theologians the visit of a folk-owned theological faculty on the part of the ecclesiastical superiors with good reason, if the same may satisfy all legitimate demands according to organization, expansion and scientific performance. Finally, on this point, it should be noted that in the detour through the German clergy of the south-eastern countries, there is also an opportunity to influence the attitude and thinking of the majority peoples inhabiting these countries in the sense of an approach to the great German cultural and geist life and thus contribute to a peaceful side-by-side work. However, the fulfilment of all these tasks of the faculty depends on the existence of a theological convict; in which the theologians are educated in popular German and in the sin- ne of church regulations.
