Reference: Oral consultation with Mr Oberregierungsrat Dr. G i e s , 20.8.1942. The NsKk-Obergruppenführer Müller-Seyfferth announced himself to me for a meeting on Thursday, August 20th, 1994 at 1 pm. At the indicated time the NSKK-StandartenführER Hegendorfer appeared and informed that the NSkk-OergruppenFührer Mueller-Syfferth was missing because he was received in the morning by the W-Obergst-Group Leader Daluege. In the afternoon of August 20th, 1934, the directors Vanek and procurator Papež of Janka in Radotin appeared in the factory and announced that NSK Obergruppenführer Müller-Seyfferth had appeared at about 10.00 a.m. to visit the factory. As I was in consultation with the senior government councillor Dr. Gies of l9.8.42 the company Janka had pointed out that a visit to the factory was permissible only with written permission of the Reichsprotector, the above-mentioned directors refused the visit of the factory dureh the NSkk-Obergruppenführer Müller-Seyfferth. NSKk-Obergruppenführer Müller-Seyfferth asked for a consultation in the director's office and explained, among other things, that he was now more responsible for all questions concerning generators in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and that he would take over the entire field of business. He would be received by the deputy Reich Protector H-Obert-Groupführr Daluege the same morning. In addition, NSkk-Obergruppenführer Müller-Seyfferth wanted to order a passenger car generator.
