The assets are collected with the restriction that the organisations of Polish nationals, which pursue economic purposes and are constituted in the form of legal persons, first have to initiate liquidation in the course of this prohibition. Infringements of this prohibition, which are committed in the Old Kingdom, are punishable by the provisions of § 4 of the Ordinance of 28.2.33. The national organisations of Polish nationals have, in most cases, pursued objectives throughout their existence, but in particular during the crisis days of August/early September l939, and carried out an activity which was capable of presenting a serious threat to public security and order in the Reich.
