Subject: Ordinance on extraordinary broadcasting measures of 1 September 1939 (RGBl. I - p.1683) here: right to be heard in the exercise of the service. - I. I authorize those who have been posted in the address to consult foreign stations in the course of their service (§ 3 of the Ordinance on extraordinary broadcasting measures of 1 Septem-ber 1939 - RGB1st I p. 1683 - ). II. Listening should only take place in the service rooms. III. The authorization extends only to the above-mentioned persons themselves, but they are entitled, in individual cases, also to consult individual members of their departments, insofar as there is an urgent need for this to be done, to assign the assignment to foreign channels; the persons thus assigned have no right to authorize further persons to listen.
