English Translation
In 1490, it was assumed that the same reluctance could not be expected of it, probably because, in the Protectorate, the Minister responsible for transport was called "Minister of Transport" (see above point 3) (. 2.) This was almost as clear in the negotiations on the establishment and management of powerpossessors and road transport lines in the protectorate. Thus, the establishment of cross-border posts of forces was partly or partly delayed by objections, queries, etc. of the Transport Group, and has therefore been carried out only to a very small extent. The planning of force-post lines tried to prevent the group transport-wesen da= from producing a decision of the Lord Reichsprotector against the establishment of forcepost lines after completely one-sided direction and excluding the group Post. This approach had the purpose of maintaining the fast-omnibus link established by the Reichsbahn in March l939. between Vienna and Brno, which was described by the Keichspostminister in the quick letter of 22.3.l93939 as "pronounced competition line to the Kraftpost Wien- Nikolsburg-Porlitz running on the same route". When this line had to be stopped on the Brno-protector line in October 1939 due to a lack of materials, we requested the DRP to take over the line. Then= traffic on the whole line was immediately resumed to the full extent by the Reichsbahn. While the representative of the Minister of Transport of the Reichsverkehrsminister in Prague demanded that the Post Group participate in the broadest possible extent in the establishment of power lines in the Protectorate, he took up the right to set up cross-border lines of transport of the Imperial Railways without the participation of the Post group. From the events described above, which could still be substantiated by a number of details, it is clear that the Transport Group is following a one-sided policy in favour of the Reichsbahn and to the detriment of the Imperial Post and thus supports the delay tactics of deg weikehrsministers/understätz. 1O5GS DHarelka 3.)
