English Translation
Betr.ivon Olleschik-Elbhei m,Karl, Oberst z.V., control organ of the Reichsprotektor at the Ministry of Social and Health Administration. Ollechik-elbheim was taken over as colonel in the former Czechoslovak army after World War II, but took his leave in 1922 and moved to Agram, where he was the director of the Jewish company Orenstein & Koppel. In 1935 he retired from the company due to difficulties in obtaining his pension and retired as a pensioner in Leitmeritz niedër. Politically, O-E. did not expose himself, but always had close ties to "Schlaraffia" circles. So he was in Agram high functionary of the Schlaraffen under the name "Grünbusch, der flaschengrüne Traumdeuter"; even after his transfer to Leitmeritz he continued to play a leading role in the Schlaraffen and his connections to them have been established up to the last time. In Leitmeritz he is close friends with the Jewish Schlaraffen Dr. Rudolf P o r g e s, lives in his house and often runs in his family. With a son of Dr. Porges, Dr. Friedrich Porges-Kletecka, sectional councillor in the Ministry of Agriculture, who was formerly known in the Czech Land Office for his brutal action against the Germans under the name "Bodenamts-Kleteca", drove from O-E. every Saturday from Prague to Leit- meritz and Mondays back this route. O-E. has pointed out to this traffic with Jews that this does not matter, one should not be so overstretched. Pür the "Schlaraffia" bindings of O- E. It is also revealing that he provides his signature with various wrinkles, in which according to his explanation of the Schlaraffen-Ühu is marked, which means a secret sign for initiates. (See photocopy). Characteristic for the attitude of O-E. It is further that he has campaigned in various ways for Jews, as for the 'Bodenamts-Kletecka', which he even wanted to accommodate with the German Wehrmacht, and in other cases. - 2 -
