3h - 2 - 6. The completion shall be made out in the language in which the proposal was submitted by the Approbants. II. Use of the language for proposals for completion, which are presented by the Boards of German nationality in non-independent parts of the Office: 1. Since it is necessary that, even in the case of offices headed by the protectorate member, the boards of directors of non-independent parts (sections, departments, etc.) of such an office be made possible, if they are not German nationals, that $ie in their language the proposal for completion or similar. If such boards are entitled to final approval, such a proposal must be submitted to them in the German and Czech texts, since they are responsible for doing so, and the provisions of Part I, paragraph 5 of this circular shall apply. 2.
