3.sheet on the work report of the primator deputy for the period from 1/10 to 30/1l.1941. THE PRIMATOR-STELL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MAIN STATE PRAG. Financial adviser Dr.Lang. From certain factual and personal considerations it proved necessary to re-ferrent the previous Re- ferrents for waste material recycling, Mr. Ing. Huf, from his lecture position and as a member of the administrative commission of the capital of Prague, without jeopardising the important management of waste material that had just been outstanding during the war. The Waste Materials Management Unit was dissolved and its business was partly transferred to the price and supply section and,as far as the Mullincineration Plant was concerned, to the E-works. The reason for the allocation of the waste incineration plant to the E-works was that the waste incinerator had a power plant whose electricity had already been sourced from the e-works and that certain types of waste incineration facilities could be better solved in the context of the E works. At the same time, it was ordered that the entire business and law firm management in the waste incineration plant would be rebuilt from a purely economic point of view. With regard to the approval of real estate sales by the City of Prague, a substantial organisational change was carried out by the transfer of the licensing office existing at the Oberlandrat to the primator deputy, who in his law firm entrusted a German official with the execution of these duties. A German expert advisory board is at his side, so that all guarantees are given that purchases and purchases are prevented, which from the German point of view are to be called unsolicited. Pür the maintenance of the familiarity of this business area has been taken all precautionary measures. Finally, it may be pointed out that the city is in agreement with the municipal policy group at the Herr Reichsprotektor negotiations with the auditor A.G. In order to ensure that the expert auditor, in association with President Schmid, will examine the urban supply companies and make proposals for improvements, negotiations on the use of these auditors, in particular on the amount of the fee claims, should still take place.
