THE PRIMATOR-STELL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MAIN CITY PRAG. Activity report of the Deputy Primator Prof. Dr. Pfitzer for the period from October 1 to November 30, 1941. If the two-month period is summarized in this report, then the top of all the statements is the statement that at the end of September one of those fruitful hours for the entire public life of the Protectorate began with the arrival of the Deputy Heiks Protector in Prague, which had long-held plans and wishes for a more rapid realization and created a further scope for decisive action. This was initiated by the creation of four full-time departments, which came into being on 1 November and were reserved exclusively for German candidates.
