22 (a) to promote German foreign trade; (b) to encourage job creation measures on the territory of the national culture up to the maximum amount of loo Milli- onen Reichsmark; (c) to fulfil the Reich's obligations under Section 4 of the Act on the Deutsche Landesrentenbank of 7 December 1939 (Reichsgesetzbl. I p. 2405) from the issue of bearer bonds up to the maximum amount of 55o million Reichsmark. (3) The maximum amount which the new guarantee obligations under Section 1 of the Law on the Promotion of the Agricultural Settlement of 31 March 1993 (Reichsgesatzbl. I p. 122) may not exceed is determined for the accounting year 1943 to 15 million Reichskmark. (4) If a claim guaranteed by the Reicn is made on a foreign currency, the amount of the Reichmark is calculated on the basis of the average exchange rates published in the tax rate supplement of the German Reich Gazette and Prussian State Gazette for disbursements issued in the last before the guarantee declaration. This also applies if, on the basis of previous authorizations, claims on foreign currencies are guaranteed. § 8 The Minister of Finance is authorized to provide services to the public authorities in the countries since l3.
