21 Annex to A 1301 (43) - 124 I Draft Act on Budget Management in the Reich in 1943 From March 1943 The Reich government has passed the following law, which is announced by this: § 1 Until the completion of the Reich budget for the accounting year 1943, the expenses necessary to maintain the Reich administration or to complete the tasks and legal obligations of the Empire may be paid. (a) Where draft separate plans are or will be established by the Minister of Finance, these drafts shall be deemed to have been established by law. (b) Where separate plans have not yet been established by the beginning of the accounting year, the expenditure necessary for the maintenance of the administration of the Reich or for the performance of the tasks and legal obligations of the Empire may be made within the limits of the resources allocated. §.2 In the accounting year 1943, it is not applicable: a) 9§ 12 and 75 of the Reich budget regulations, b) § 205 d of the German Reichsversicherungsordnung. §3 The amounts laid down in § 30 a of the Austrian Reich budget rules are increased from 30 000 Reichsmark to 60 000 Reichmark and from 10.000 Reichsmark to 20 000 Reichskmark. § 4 (1) The Minister of Finance may, if necessary, at the request of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Reich, at least six months in the territory outside the business area of the Ministry of Finance or for the provision of services to the occupied territories.
