The fact that the branch of the Reichsstelle, such as that of the Party's Examination Commission, was directly incorporated into the staff of the Secretary of State made its special organizational position clear within the scope of the Office of the Imperial Protector. After the Secretary of State had already issued a decree at the beginning of the year that the Reichsstelle should be given a planning and supervision role vis-à-vis the school publishing house for Bohemia and Moravia, the State Secretary approved on 1 9 December. In December 1984, Reichsleiter Bouhler visited the Reichsstelle's office and was able to report on the work carried out and the state of planning. II. In the course of time, it was inevitable that the main emphasis of the work of the branch of the Reichsstelle had to be on the preparation of the textbooks for the Czech schools. The books for the German schools of the Protectorate for introduction, since they are mostly books, which are also introduced in the Reich, are covered by the Berlin office of the Reichsstelle. To the books for brewing at schools are then added the ones for free teaching. These are by nature mainly the books for German instruction, German phraseologies, specialist dictionaries, etc.
