Building description The polyclinics building complex consists of 3 main sections, which are arranged in a horseshoe shape, to which 3 minor secondary tracts are connected. The building has 2 basements, of which the upper one is already daylight in its half due to rising terrain line, and 6 above ground fully developed floors; on a small part there is a 7th floor. The entire converted space is 57 8oo n3. The general floor plan solution is well suited for the purposes of an administrative building. 2)Construction status The building is finished in the shell except for minor finishing works.The walls of the partition walls are fully finished, the windows are almost all offset, with basic painting and mostly also glazed. All installations for heating, artificial ventilation, cold and hot water, strong and weak current, sewerage are installed in the stables. There is a lack of expansion in the 3 bottom floors and, above all, the artificial ventilation. The rest of the carpentry work (doors) is almost completely finished and ready to be moved.
