Security Service RFH Prag-Bubentich 25 October 194o. SD section Prague Sachlenweg Fernfprecher 77444 fr B SA 22 To the Secretary of State at the Reichsprotector in Bohemia and Moravia, 4-group leader F r a n k , Prague. Betr.: Studies of Czech students at German universities Vorg.: Befohlene Aussicht. In an opinion on the above question, it must be assumed that the Czech universities are initially closed to 3 years and that a resumption of later teaching activities is likely to run counter to the interests of the Reich in a German form of the Bohemian Moravian region. The question of the extent to which exceptions can be accepted in the form of replacement studies in the Reich depends on the examination of which academic professions appear to be viable for the future of Czechism. The legal study of Czechs must be completely rejected as an entitlement to administrative and political leadership positions in this area. On the other hand, the study of economics and commercial sciences can be described as sustainable in individual cases; here, the broad German economic area will magnetically extend beyond the borders of Bohemia and Moravia in a selection process of the best of the Czech experts, especially in the case of skilled German personnel management.
