The participation of self catering suppliers in community catering can be carried out in accordance with the following guidelines: a) The self-sufficiency provider can be traced to the food cards to be supplied by the municipality under depreciation of his own supply quantity. b) The self-catering provider transfers his self-sufficiency entitlement to a family member who has no self-supply entitlement and takes over the normal food cards. c) The self-provider exchanges with a family member who does not have a self-sufficient claim the necessary life cards for the supply of natural resources from his self-sufficiency quota. 7.
