Whereas the purchase and consumption of foodstuffs and the costs of Community catering must be recorded and submitted to the competent authorities on request; whereas, in accordance with the existing kitchen equipment and capacity, it is up to the farms to separate the food from the soup, potatoes, side dishes, etc., or as stews, i.e. where dishes for the food output, such as plates, pots, cups, etc. are not yet available, it can be brought by the workers on a temporary basis. In the case of non-existent dining rooms, meals can be taken at the workplace or in other rooms during the break. Care should be taken to ensure that the food is given warm in all circumstances. If the perfect furnishing of the kitchens is not possible in the near future, makeshift kitchens can be furnished by brick-in boilers, etc. Where suitable restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity, which offer appropriate transport possibilities for the food, and in particular the warm-up of the food must be guaranteed, such facilities can be used with express permission (remote kitchens) and strict monitoring is required. Thanks to the Reichsleistungsgesetz, such restaurants can be obliged for the preparation of food. Companies, which carry out exemplary work on their own initiative with the lowest cost and material costs, will receive special recognition.
