In accordance with Article 1 of the Ordinance on Legislative Law in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia of 7 June 1939 (Reichsgesetzbl.I p.lo39), the following are prescribed: § 1 All nationals of the Federal Republic of Germany have - without prejudice to their obligation to notify the police - the competent Qberlandrat, at special request, within the prescribed time limit, the necessary information about their person, any military and labour relations, the membership of the NSDAP, their divisions and associations, using the officially prescribed form and at the request of the Oberlandrat. § 2 Members of the Wehrmacht, as well as members of the family living with them in the household community, are, for the duration of the trial, from the general police reporting obligation according to the reporting regulations of April 3, 1994l the time of a special reporting obligation with the location commanders or the St.Ortältesten after the provisions to be issued by the Wehnmacht authorized to the Reichsprotektor. §3 Anyone who intentionally or negligently fails to comply with the special obligation to report pursuant to § l oblic- ed to him or who does not fulfil it in time, knowingly makes fliche or incomplete information with this notification or knowingly submits a slip notification to the Oberlandrat will be punished with a fine of up to RM l50, or with hapt Büs zu scchs Wochen. § 4 This Regulation shall enter into force on l,July l94l.
