21 3 Operations Managers with all the utmost emphasis and seriousness pointed out that the undisturbed supply of electricity to Prague was a policy of l. Ranges. The maintenance of the electricity supply from Prague would be in the immediate interest of the Reich and should be maintained under all circumstances. The President of the Government in Aussig had personally been held responsible by Gauleiter H nlein for the fact that such a disturbance did not happen again in all circumstances. After lengthy discussions of the measures to be taken, the following was agreed: l.) The two open pits Hedwig and Robert supply their entire production to the power plant, with the exception of the interests of all other customers, until the coal bunker of the power station is filled again. According to the announcement by mine director Kliebhan, this should be the case on Friday, the 3o.l.42 evening. 2.) In order to avoid a sinking of the coal stock in the bunker over Sunday, 1.2.42, one of the two open pits will be fully operational on Sunday, 1.2.22, although this represents a significant operating risk, since both pits already run on 3 shifts and therefore do not have the possibility of repairs and overhauls when working on Sundays. 3.) In order to inform the public authorities on the current situation in both plants (rubber and power plant), continuous contact was made compulsory by the representatives of the authorities, in order to ensure that relief measures could be agreed in time if the situation were to be renewed. 4.) The power plant cannot, on average, deliver more than 47,000 kW to Prague. In a special meeting in Brux on the afternoon of 27.l.42, ORR. Dr.v.Hülsen at Gen. Director N a t o w underlined once again the remarks of ORR, Dr. Thiel. Sn Mhohi Group Wirtschaft I. m. a fi ho Wie ha foran A4.42
