(3) Children who are suffering from one of the diseases referred to in paragraph 2 (l-5) and who have not yet reached the age of 3 if the doctors are aware of the children in the course of their professional activities. (4) The midwife receives a compensation of 2 RM for his or her efforts. The payment of this amount must be made by the Health Office. In addition, the free fee will be refunded to it. (5) The Reichsgesundheitsführer will be charged on the basis of § 46 para. 2 para. 3 and 4 of the Reichsärzteordnung of December 1, 1935 (RGBl.I, p.l433), the leading doctors of maternity institutions and obstetric departments undertake to reimburse the necessary reports for the children born in the institution they run and for their division to the health office responsible for the birth place of the child. It will also require all doctors to report to the official doctor responsible for the place of residence of the child in cases where they become aware of children who are covered by paragraph 2 of this circular and who have not yet exceeded the third year of life. (6) For the advertiser (doctor, midwife) the obligation to report from Article 3(4) of the First Ordinance implementing the Act on the Prevention of Infants of 5 December 1993 (RGBl.I S.lo2l) is fulfilled with this notification. Further reporting obligations, in particular under the Prussian Cripple Care Act of 6 May 1920 (S.S.280), remain in force. (7) In the event of any notification received by him, the official doctor shall be obliged to convince himself immediately of the accuracy of the notification he has received.
