No. 50/42 Annex I contains a list showing the delivery premiums already laid down in the Protectorate in the various market areas. Annex 2 (RNVBl.No.50/42) introduces the publication of the premiums ordered in the Reich in the areas of the poultry, egg and honey industries and the dairy and fat industries. For eggs delivered in excess of the prescribed minimum quantity, a premium was already granted in the Protectorate in 1994l. The milk premium has been the subject of lectures and reports on several occasions, both to you and to Secretary of State Backe and to the master of his ministry. With reference to your above report request, I ask for the authorization to extend the premium campaign of the Reich to the Protectorate. The regulation provided in the Reich is to be seen from the announcement sheet of Reichnährstand No. 50/42 provided as an annex. I have to note in detail about the various premiums: 1.) Delivery premiums for chickens and duck eggs. The Ministry of Agriculture and the Bohemian-Märische Association for Poultry, Eggs and Honey, in agreement with the OPB, have already introduced a premium for beer multi-delivery for the year 194l.
