For many months now, Peraonen, who are close to the circles of the Land Office, had heard in an insinuation= wisely that the Bohemian-Moravian nobility, which had participated in the Benes address, would take sharp measures against it. The regulation under consideration does not provide a legal basis for the measures taken. (a) Obviously, at least in the first series of economic considerations, the adoption of the Regulation was relevant; in so far as the attempt was made to justify the imposition of compulsory administration by purely economic moments, this would be in contradiction with the facts. Most of the enterprises under compulsory administration are economically perfectly well managed and well managed.
