22 - 22 - non-existent items cannot be justified either by the fact that the owner dares § 3, para. 6. of the V.0. of 21.3.1939 to pay the necessary cash for the operation of the enterprise and to replace its failure with execution consequences. On the basis of this assumption, the owner-timer can only be considered if the agricultural undertaking does not have sufficient farm capacity to make adequate farm advances. If these are not carried out and a failure emanates, the coercive administrator can demand a replacement from the owner and, at most, in the execution process, but in no way entitles the co-ercible administrators, from the outset, to include in the Zwengsvergabeung, in order to restrict the freedom of disposal of the owner of such property or even to dispose of the same property. d/ The owners of many agricultural and forestry enterprises raise the obligation to pay other members of the family pensions, apansgen, etc. As owners of the agricultural and forestry holding, they are obliged to comply with this obligation, usually on the basis of their last consent or due to an inheritance comparison, in the light of the fact that their holding is subject to the same conditions. The Zwengs administrators now refuse to comply with obligations of this kind.
