6 33 Copy. The Higher SS and Police Leader Prague, January 20, 1940 at the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia No. St.S.63/40/346/39 Subject:References No. 20. Procedure: There. Letter of 2.1.1940 Sign Abbot I c Az.: 1 3/40 go. To the Wehrmacht authorized Prague I have to leave to you the decision of the question according to which basic sentences questions are answered. I can therefore only take note of the communication that questions could only be answered as they were, and your assumption that a police report is already being checked when I send it to you is incorrect, and on average, a review of the report would lead to me interfering with your jurisdiction. As a result, in a number of cases, I have also expressly pointed out that the notification is not verified; unfortunately, to avoid difficulties in the area of competence, I cannot take another approach, and I am therefore unable to respond to your request for only one verified notification. The procedure of sending you any information of interest to you should prevent the events underlying the report from being brought to the knowledge of the O.K.W.. Under the circumstances, in the interest of cooperation, I consider it expedient not to send you any further information in the future. Heil Hitler! gez.: Signature F. d R. SS, group leader, lieutenant colonel.
