20 - 3 - 1848 and l87l are particularly marked, let an organized sub-humanism come to the fore, which is called "worker class", "proletariat" 'or "Paris Commune". Here one recognizes the precursors of the Marxist or communist organizations, the foregone of the II. and III. International. The consideration of these historical events by leading Marxists leads to a self-criticism in these circles, alongside the glorification of the "victims", which became crucial for the entire later political action and for the inner-party organization. The blows, that became, created already at that time the profound hatred against the bourgeois circles, parties and against bourgeois democracy. The question of the position of the international workers before and after the Franco-German war of l870-7l is interesting in that it shows in its problematic recognition and impact parallels to the present time. On July 2nd, l87o, a manifesto "To the workers of all nations" was published by the Paris members of the International, proclaiming the indissoluble solidarity of all members of "International Workers Association". This call was received by declarations of consent from the German Reich, which were held in the same sense and which were also signed with the statement "Proletarians of all countries united you".
