- 3 - OV The work of the board of trustees suffers greatly from the current fragmentation of the departments, so that this unpleasant state of affairs has to be resolved very shortly. However, due to the described situation, this seems to me only possible if you, group leader, make a fundamental decision here. I would like to make the following proposal: 1.) The state authority is instructed that the broken-down recourses must be rejected. 2.) The office of the magistrate of the city of Prague, Commercial Referat II a, Dr. P o r tele, Prague II, Havličekgasse 5, receives the order to make appropriate departments and to make them available to the Wehrmacht department, so that the companies accommodated in Heuwaagsplatz 24 can be relocated through it. 3.) The department of the representative of the NSDAP for Housing, Pg. T e p l i t z k y, Prague I, Saazerg.4, receives the same order in order to enable the relocation of private tenants. If necessary, the NSDAP's commissioner for housing could be provided by the secret state police with apartments of persons who have not yet been allocated. A special clearance by the BdS might also be possible. 4.) The Magistrate of Prague, Wehrmacht section, Dr. G 1 a s e r, receives the order, in agreement with the departments mentioned under 2-3 and in the way of negotiation with the owners of the house and the owners, to carry out further measures for the fastest possible clearing of the floors required for the board of trustees. In this context, I should like to draw attention to the fact that not all the floors of the House are currently needed, so that there is a possibility that the homeowners in particular will be able to move together in the House - - -4
