English Translation
It was suggested by this speaker that the following professors be invited to a meeting in Prague: Beyer, Gesemann, H.Koch, v.Mende, Valjavec and Winter. The Federal Foreign Office would be represented by a number of gentlemen in order to make good the suggestions. It was stated by the undersigned that, as far as is known, the above-mentioned gentlemen would certainly be prepared to give their advice in this sector, but the initiative for such a discussion, which should be held in Prague, should be taken from the outside office. Perhaps the Federal Foreign Office could associate itself with the Central Office for East Research in the East Ministry, which in turn had intended to hold such a planning meeting in Prague.
