9 § 7. The Government shall be authorized to regulate the details of the organization and the transition of the functioning of the central authorities concerned by this Regulation in the manner laid down in the Regulation. § 8. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its implementation, and shall be implemented by all members of the Government. CA000
