Such a decision is final. /2/ nets At the request of the German public prosecutor, the public prosecutors and the courts of the Protectorate have to file proceedings pending with them if, according to the German prosecutor, German jurisdiction is given. It is clear from the above that within the meaning of Art. II § 15 c/2/ the jurisdiction of the German court is given and that according to Art. III § 20 the Reichsprotector for Bohemia and Moravia can appeal against the final judgment.
