32 -Section XXXIX Prague, 23 April 1940 X/Az.27 qu/2.4.40 Subject: Arrangements concerning the l.i. luggage march of Section XxXIX on 28 April 1940 in the form of a reference: This.Vert. V Az.27 q/2.4.40 of 2.4.40 V e r te i l e r V. The following orders for carrying out the 1.ii luggage march on 28.4.1940 in Olomouc are finally announced; these orders must be carried out conscientiously by the commanders of the unit in order to ensure proper and smooth winding. 1.)Tr a n s po rt : The transport of the crews takes place with the scheduled D trains, which carry from the locations of the teams one and two special cars,The crews have to arrive in Olmütz on 27.4.40 by at the latest 1 8 o'clock. The leaders of the team receive the free ticket for transport from the ii section XXXIX in the shortest time. The crews march closed to the station and take place in the special wagons, which are instructed by the station officials. On general transport regulations is particularly pointed out. The writing of the wagon walls with chalk udg., as well as loud noises and yolks on the stations is forbidden. The entry and exit must only take place at the order of the leader of the team. Special attention must be paid to attitude and discipline. The team leaders are held responsible for the fact that the men make a clean and disciplined impression in the public. 2.) Ankun f t : Immediately after the arrival in Olmütz, the men immediately return from the platform to the station forecourt by order.
