Dr. v.Poppelka described the visit of Minister Bienert to President Dr.Hécha. Dr:Hácha had had a very bad day, had not stood up when Bienert entered and had not spoken with him. Bienert was of the opinion that Hácha had recognized him, but he (v.Popelka) did not believe in it.
