At 2.30 p.m., the chairman of the government was expected to arrive in the hall of the Sokol House. The spirit of the event itself was marked by the fact that many mayors expressed the desire to get a seat near the exit of the hall in order to be able to leave at the end of the rally, because under all circumstances they wanted to reach the trains departing at 4 o'clock. The officials of the Strakenitz district authority, who provided folder services, had to assure the participants repeatedly that they would reach the trains in good time. Therefore, the unrest was all the greater when after twenty minutes of waiting time B i n t had not yet arrived. Many of the mayors even asked if the head of government was actually on the road, otherwise they did not want to wait, but to go away. At 15 o'clock Bienert met with the German district head S c h o l z and the Czech district head M St.M.$\_2^{0/45 2 141
