- 2 63a 2.) The behaviour of the Protectorate Government marked Minister Bienert that the individual ministers devoted themselves only to their departments and took little care of the general events. They only followed the events on the battlefields. The present situation was pressing on them. 3.) With regard to the intervention of the Protectorate Government in the post-terrorist measures, Minister Bienert said that the head of government Dr.Krejêi was not satisfied with the fact that he could not immediately visit the bombed cities. It is necessary that, after terrorist attacks, the members of the government in the affected places showed themselves little, because the Czechs were constantly asking about the government. Minister Bienert complained in this connection that, for example, Presidential Chief v.Watter would have gone to Kolin and Pardubitz without telling him. The Czechs would then claim that the terrorist attacks were directed only at the Germans and are inclined to approve of them.
