If I consider the conditions of the Zliner Oberlandrat district in the eye, it can be quietly asserted that a lot has been done for the scattered Germanism, especially materially, sometimes more than the quality of the cared for can reasonably be responsible. If I remember the fact that in the Oberlandrat district of Zlin today 3000 scattered Germans are facing about 510,000 foreign-language Moravians, it is obvious that in future the Volkische problem will no longer be solved by pulling out and picking up individual so-called Germanmen. The policy of repopulation must turn to masses, at least to pre-tested masses, and consequently to Germanism from stage to stage. On individual events in the month under review, the following should be mentioned: In recent times, there has been a great deal of concern in Moravian Slovakia due to rumours circulating in the Slovak state and according to which the district governors Göding, Ung.Hradisch, UnG.Brod and Zlin are supposed to be handed over to the Slovak State in order to compensate for assignments to Hungary. The rumors are to occur with great certainty and are also passed on by Germans who live in the Slovak state. Since the White Carpathians and the March Race have formed the natural border between Hungary and the Empire for the last few years and the present Slovak state does not enjoy any particular popularity in the local area, the population rejects the idea of a transition to the Slovak state in spite of the prospect of being in the state federation HS1o with similar Slavs. Co On 7.ll.l94l I received the visit of a lecturer Dr.Tomas Krejči from Prague, who was appointed by the leader of the NS Knight
