It cannot be my job to draw up a complete picture of the Italian European idea, which has been examined by what has been said so far. Therefore, only two questions remain, 1. racial policy, 2. the problem of Africa. The prescriptions of some of our anti-Jew principles have led to the erroneous advance that Italy has taken over our racial conception.
