GERMAN STATE MINISTRY FOR CHECH AND MORAV, PRAGUE (1906) 1939 - 1945 (1965), inv. 701, sig. 110-4552
English Translation
The District Chief Procházka read a speech written in German. In this speech the "fight for the victory of the German weapons" was spoken twice, after all a clear confession of the Czech District Chief to the Reich. The celebration, at which the officials took part in uniform, had an almost soldatic character. At the end of the meeting, Bienert talked alternately in German and Czech language with the individual officials of the district and the city of Schlan. Seen as a whole, the trip of the Minister of Beert can be regarded as a political success for us. Bienert, who in his jovial paternal way easily wins the hearts of ordinary people, undoubtedly represents a political capital which should be evaluated more often. I therefore intend to repeat such journeys at intervals of 2 - 3 months - apart from special occasions. h.lth. ujog Fma 92.
