XII.1942. 45. The interned students. On the basis of repeated requests from the parents of the former university students who are still in concentration camps, the President of the Republic is obliged to return to this situation. At the end of August l.J. the state of this question was set out in a note enclosed in a copy. In the meantime, according to data from the parents, no students have returned. In the two previous years, a larger number of students from the camps came home at Christmas. Parents hope that this will also be the case this year, and ask the President to contribute through his intercession to the fulfilment of this hope. They point out that in the majority of these prisoners of protection against dismissal, personal concerns cannot well exist, since there was no change in their situation in the concentration camps, on the contrary, in recent times parents were allowed to send their sons parcels of approved content without restriction. The President would appreciate it if the question of the students still interned were re-examined and, if there were no personal guilt in individual cases, the students concerned could be released on the occasion of the Christmas holidays. % are 22.73.19 di be, cee leelepreiehoeen Remedied on 23/2.42
