Attachments: 2 In the annex I send the letter of the objec- tion which was previously referred to. Government Commissioner of the City of Brux is addressed for further prosecution within the meaning of the Third Ordinance on the legal relations of former Czech public servants in the southern territories of 30 September 1940, RGBl.I. No.176, p. 1323. With regard to the time limit for the application for compensation mentioned there, I would like to inform myself that this letter was sent by the recipient to the Bureau of the State Authority in Prague and that on 22 October 194l, i.e. it was received by an authority which was not responsible for the matter, was received in due time. The letter was also replied to by letter dated 23 December 194l Z. 25l0 ai 194l Dept. 2. However, the matter itself could not be dealt with by the protectorate authorities in a meritorical way, because the petitioner made the terms of the decree of the Reich Protector in Böhmen and Moravia of 1 October 1940, p. 49l V.Bl. R.Prot.l940 on reparation measures for former years. Czechoslovak officials of German nationality in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia did not fulfil.
